Our Training is Anything but Basic

ICE offers a variety of career training programs — online or in-person at our New York and Los Angeles campuses — to make it as easy as possible for you to fit culinary school into your busy life. 

Our online programs include: ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts & Food Operations and Plant-Based ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts & Food Operations (online Pastry & Baking is coming soon). Our campus-based programs in New York and Los Angeles include: ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts, Plant-Based ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Management and Hospitality & Hotel Management (New York only). Students enrolled online and those attending in person in NY or LA can earn a diploma. Students attending in LA have the option to pursue an associate degree. 

In just seven to 16 months, you could get a firm foundation in the discipline of your choice, either from the convenience of home or by attending an ICE campus in NY or LA.

ICE Offers Military Personnel Tuition Assistance

We are proud to offer US military veterans tuition discounts. ICE's career training programs are approved by the New York State and California Approving Agencies to offer students:

  • Post 9/11 GI Bill® educational benefits available to veterans and other eligible parties from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). ICE's diploma and associate degree programs in ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts, Plant-Based ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & ¹ú²ú¸£Àû Management and Hospitality & Hotel Management are eligible.

The ICE Student Housing program helps students find housing in New York and Los Angeles’ most vibrant communities. Options can include fully furnished dorms or apartments with short-term leases – conveniently located in the trendiest neighborhoods.
